「This hotel has the potential to be amazing! This is due to the staff and the restaurant ONLY. I spent 5 days here and had issues with the plumbing all but 1 day. The hotel is in need of major renovations, as a matter of fact the renovations were taking place while we were there. Tyler is wonderful, kind and willing to make anything that goes wrong right immediately. 「The room was clean and I like that there were a lot of places to go. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just wish the breakfast had more varieties to choose from. 」

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Through no one’s fault their internet was down but they were not well organized. Staff had to let you into your room every time you left. My biggest concern came Around midnight when someone tried to enter my room. Thankfully I travel with added door locks and alarms so they didn’t actually get into my room but this was very alarming especially since I was traveling alone. My biggest problem was that when I called the desk, they spoke to me like it was no big deal as well as the staff the next...

「We had a problem with our AC, but the staff worked hard to help us. We loved the 24 hr coffee station with really nice coffee machines that prepare coffee from the bean. The manager, Yazmin, was very helpful and kind. 」
