The room is very clean, staff was friendly, accommodating and communication was excellent through What’s App and detailed instructions for after hours operation was simple and straight forward. Left luggage by receptionist was very helpful. All was wonderful. A 10 AM checkout was a bit early but I managed. "

"Beautiful apartment in wonderful area. Very convenient to walk around trieste and was walkable from both the train station and cruise port. The only negative was trying to get the heat on. Would have loved some extra blankets if the heat can’t be adjusted. Overall would absolutely stay here again!! Lovely!"

The area in front of the access door was completely blocked by contractors vehicles with wire fence and orange tape. After making enquires it was ascertained this was the access to apartment, on entering with our bags we had to make our way through dust construction debris and 8-10 workman carrying bucket loads of construction material which they were emptying on their truck parked outside the apartment...

"We received instruction on how to get into the apartment. The bath towels were minimal. we never had any contact by the host other than email. Maybe it’s the European way, but I thought that was very odd. I called because the TV was not working and I felt as if I was interrupting the host. The accommodations were fine. Overall, if ever in Triest again, we would certainly contact Ghiberti again. The price was very reasonable."
