“This is a wonderful property in a quiet area, but only a short walk to the piazza and restaurants. The only improvement I would recommend is the shower caddy; all of my travel sized items kept falling out of it.”

“Stephano goes out of his way to make his guests feel at home. The place was comfortable and spotless. We enjoyed getting to know our host and his city. The kitchen is well appointed with a well stocked wine rack. Read through the reviews, they are accurate! Comfortable bedding, lovely surroundings and, oh yes, a wonderful bakery across the street. “Nice house and a fantastic garden. Cortona is a great place. The house wasn't very clean and the Air-Con is available but doesn't really cool the bed rooms upstairs on hot summer days. It's too expensive for what it is.”

“Wir waren insgesamt vier Tage bei Giorgio. Die Unterkunft inkl. Garten und Pool ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Der Pool ist wunderschön, wird täglich gereinigt und ist dementsprechend sehr sauber. Auch das Städtchen Cortona ist perfekt für einen kleinen Ausflug. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.”

“This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! Maurizio, the owner lives next door and is the loveliest, most helpful human being……

“We stayed at this villa for a month. We had our family of 9 people here for 10 days. The layout with 2 separate apartments was perfect for our group. We had great weather during our stay and so we used the pool (unheated) frequently. The kitchen has all the utensils you will need for cooking, and some spices too. The owners were very responsive to any issues that came up. This is a rustic typical Tuscan villa. It could use additional comfortable seating inside, and it would be great if there was……
