This hotel has a prime location and yet is not loud. The room is very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price, the breakfast selection is very limited and pastry is not nearly as good as what one can get from the nearby bakeries. Nevertheless, I love the hotel and i would come back again!

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Bei unsere Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen ein Glas Portwein und ein kleines Cremetörtchen gereicht. Das Mansardenzimmer hatte einen super Ausblick vom kleinen Balkon. Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber zweckmäßig mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Man konnte seine Sachen gut verstauen. Es gab einen kleinen Kaffeeautomat mit 4 Kapseln täglich im Preis inbegriffen. Ausserdem gab es auch einen Kühlschrank mit antialkoholischen Getränken, nicht im Preis enthalten. Das Bad war klein aber sehr modern und sauber. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr schön eingerichtet mit einem super Buffet mit guter Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels war top, da man von dort viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen kann. Es ist zwar abends recht laut aber die Fenster haben guten Schallschutz und mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist kaum noch was zu hören. Zu meinem runden Geburtstag wurde ich mit einer kleinen Torte überrascht. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

The bed was terrible. We could feel the springs and had horrible 3 nights of sleep. We ordered transportation on the first day to airport The morning we were leaving they did not show up We ended up having to walk to the end of the street to take a taxi. The gentleman at the front desk was okay but it was like oh well. I gave him 50 euros and the original transportation was 30 euros he gave me back 10 i said no you owe me 20. Then when the driver did not come i asked for my 30 euros back and he tried to give me 10 telling me he was not the smart but he knew his math—i ended up just asking me for my 50 euros back and gave him back 20. My husband must have asked 5 times if transportation was arranged and they said yes and in the end no one came. Location is good. Quiet. Little dated and definitely need to get new mattresses

ホテルはとても素敵で、天井のステンドグラスはとても素晴らしかったです。 フロントのスタッフもとても礼儀正しく、ウェルカムシャンパンも。 ただホテルまでの道が難民のテントで埋め尽くされ、タクシーを降りて途中から徒歩行かなければなりませんでした。夜の到着は危険です。

We stayed here for a couple of nights and had a bit of a mixed experience. The room itself was super clean and surprisingly spacious—even though we booked last minute and got the smallest room. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. That said, there were a couple of things that took away from the overall experience. On our second night, we came back late from one of the sardine festivals and found that there was no hot water—just freezing cold. I called the front desk, and they told me to just let it run. Well, we let it run for nearly 90 minutes, and still no hot water. We both had to take cold showers that night and again the next morning. Also, the next day around 10 a.m., a housekeeper walked into our room even though we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Turns out, someone had flipped the sign to "Please Clean Room" at some point, which was weird and honestly a little unsettling. All in all, great room and staff, but the hot water issue and surprise visit from housekeeping made it a less-than-ideal stay.
