The location of this flat is desirable. The pictures, however, do not reflect the actual state of the apartment. It is definitely worn. The couch was so dirty that we put towels down when we wanted to sit on it which we didn’t do very much. The outdoor space, while lovely, is unkempt and needed wiping down. The umbrella was literally torn and molded. The shower clogged very quickly and was in danger of overflowing if we didn’t take very short showers. To be fair, they offered to have someone come the next day because it was a Sunday, but we had full day itineraries and did not feel comfortable having someone in the apartment when we were not there. I would have to note that we were very lucky to have arrived when the cleaning person was there because the lock on the outside door where the key was kept did not work and I’m not sure what would’ve happened if she hadn’t been there to hand us the keys. The pictures of the apartment were definitely taken years ago and it has been heavily used. Additionally, the bed definitely needs to be replaced. Disappointed.
