Spacious and Comfortable apartment with 7 bedrooms (6 suites) and 7 complete bathrooms, located in front Anjos Metro Station.

Due to its excellent location it is possible to reach most emblematic parts of the city within a few minutes walking distance.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without elevator.

Available for lease for periods longer than 15 days, being the signing of lease agreement a required condition.
