Disliked: Check-in, communication, location

Very disappointed

The arrival process was a disaster- Check in instructions are very confusing. The electric front door was stuck. It took many calls and 45 minutes later a person finally answered. No solution was provided and it was thanks to a person in the building that we entered the garage and were able to enter the apartment. Few towels were provided and when asked for them (It was an 18 day stay) we were told there was a charge which was finally waived. The furniture was not up to par. Cheap Ikea and recycled furniture.
