Nice Style , But second bed Room too Small , tiles in the shower Are terrible … the Water / Drain has a big poblem! Black Spots in the bathroom / mold Small is very Bad ! Arena Santos Great !!!

The host is very responsive and the beds very comfortable. The neighborhood was very pleasant and surprisingly quiet. However, when we arrived the apartment smelled musty. The second bathroom shower drain was extremely slow, causing some flooding of the bathroom and there was also a strong odor similar to mold and perhaps sewer by the end of the stay from that bathroom.

Positiv, Lage der Wohnung einfach alles gut erreichbar.Negativ, Wohnung entspricht nicht den Fotos, die Wohnung ist viel kleiner als sie auf den Fotos wirkt. Kein Platz für vier Personen mit normalen Koffern. Platzangebot wurde mit Bettdecken usw. ausgefüllt. Beim betreten der Wohnung kam uns ein sehr ekelhafter Geruch entgegen, Kanalgeruch der leider nicht wegging.Dusche Abfluss war verstopft, Badezimmer wurde geflutet. Wir haben aus den Verhältnissen das beste herausgeholt, leider fanden wir auch keine zwei einzelne Betten vor, wie auf dem Foto hinterlegt. Der freie Platz für eigene Wäsche war leider durch sehr viele Bettwäsche überladen und somit lebten wir aus den Koffern, jedoch auch für die Koffer auf dem Boden ist nur begrenzt Platz. Bei offenen Fenstern ist Fluglärm von startenden Flugzeugen mit einzuplanen, auch Nachts.Die Lage der Wohnung ist Sensationell, mit Kompromissen kann man da einen Urlaub verbringen.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, sie ist klimatisiert & ansonsten auch gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine etc. Allerdings riecht das zweite Schlafzimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten sehr nach Feuchtigkeit und im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung wächst etwas nicht definierbares an der Wand. Zudem war aus gemacht dass wir um 11 Uhr auschecken. Die Renigungskraft war allerdings schon um 10:20 Uhr vor Ort.
