This delightful 80² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. Designed in a modern and elegant style with large windows, this apartment welcomes guests with a bright and peaceful ambience.

The living space offers a cosy sitting area with a TV for laid-back evenings and a dining table for shared meals. The open-concept kitchen creates the perfect setting for socialising, equipped with everything needed to cook with ease, including an oven, cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, cookware and cutlery.

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated for comfort and rest. The first features a queen bed, generous storage and an ensuite bathroom, while the second offers a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and its own private bathroom.

A charming balcony completes the experience, where guests can unwind with a gentle breeze and a cup of coffee in hand.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 2nd floor, and the building has elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This area of Lisbon offers a welcoming blend of tradition and modern life. It has leafy avenues, local shops, and a relaxed pace that contrasts with the bustle of the historic centre. Visitors will find cosy cafés, authentic eateries, and hidden corners that reveal the city's everyday charm, all while being well connected to Lisbon’s main attractions.

It is also a place where history and contemporary living coexist, with elegant townhouses, green spaces, and cultural spots nearby. The atmosphere is local and inviting, making it an excellent base for exploring Lisbon while enjoying the capital's quieter and more residential side.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest subway station, Jardim Zoológico, is just a 7-minute walk (450 meters).

Humberto Delgado Airport is an 8-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
