This two-bedroom apartment in Lisbon is the perfect choice for couples and families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The property is well-decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. It is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs.
Designed with an open floor plan, the living room is tastefully furnished with a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, dryer, and ironing facility to meet your laundry needs.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a single bed, a small sofa bed to lounge on and access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air. All the beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The property boasts 1.5 bathrooms, ensuring everyone has ample space to freshen up and prepare for the day ahead. It contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Alcântara is situated along the Tagus River, west of the city centre of Lisbon. It is known for its proximity to the waterfront and scenic river views.
The district has a rich history, with notable landmarks and historical sites. Alcântara was once an industrial area, playing a significant role in Lisbon's maritime and manufacturing activities.
One of the prominent landmarks in Alcântara is the 25 de Abril Bridge, a suspension bridge that connects Lisbon to the municipality of Almada. The LX Factory, a creative and cultural hub, is another popular attraction in the area. It houses shops, restaurants, offices, and cultural spaces in a former industrial complex.
The district is well-connected by public transportation, including buses and trams. The Alcântara-Mar train station provides access to the suburban train network.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
