Great Appartment and location

Looks Brand new, Location is amazing and security optimum. Our timing was off , big construction really near by and started early ( 7:30 am) and lots of Graduations and Soccer match finals in the really cute Terrasses and cafe near by at night so quietness not optimal. But really great place .

I Loved This Apartment! But...

This location is perfect! It's close to everything and within walking distance to all of the cool spots in Lisbon. The view from this apartment is spectacular! There is also a river view and you can see "The Christ the King" statue from the room. The building's security is great and the building attendants were all pleasant. My only concern was how dark the 5th floor was when I got off the elevator. The lights will eventually come on because they are motion sensored, but that few seconds of darkness was a little unnerving. The apartments comes with everything you need. I was supposed to stay for 13 days, but I had to leave 6 days earlier due to the construction noise underneath and surrounding the entire building. When I booked the unit, apparently there was a note in the description that mentioned construction was taking place that I overlooked. However, if the notice would have said that construction was taking place and that a "SUBWAY" system underneath and around the building was being built and that there would be nonstop drilling, tractors moving dirt, 2 large cranes moving, and multiple men working and yelling below (understandably because they're building a subway) everyday except for Sunday, I would have reconsidered.The Joivy staff understood my concerns and were very helpful and understanding of my needs and decision to leave that uniter early. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and use VRBO & Joivy! They were awesome and agin the apartment is gorgeous!

Modern Well Located Apartment

The apartment was as promised. The rental office was friendly, but a lock box would be much easier than finding the rental office then finding the apartment. It was very small, but that was anticipated. The sink in the bathroom was interesting and ultra modern, but took up all the counter space, leaving no counter space in the bathroom. Otherwise, the view was nice and the apartment was comfortable. Recommended.
