Perfect Lisbon Location!

This is a very comfortable apartment for two couples. We had everything we needed and loved the location for exploring this wonderful city. We can confidently recommend this apartment to other travelers.

Great location!

Property is just as pictured. Front and back entrances are ideal. Only issue was no hot water when we arrived but host sent a technician by next day. Fantastic location - can walk almost anywhere! Loved it!

Great place in the middle of the action

Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Lisbon. The place is located right in the middle of all the things to see and do. The front door is on a pedestrian street which meant our driver dropped us off a block away. Not a problem for us you can also exit out of the top floor of the building to a beautiful square with closer access. Would definitely recommend to family or friends!

Family Stay

Location was center to all of the tourists areas (great with kids). No car access on the street so you need to either walk up or down the “hill”. Apartment was large enough for a family. Some stains and burn holes in the carpet, chair, rugs and sheets. Safe, very responsive manager communication. Overall, would stay there again with a family.

Location was great!

We stayed here 3 nights and the apartment is located in a great area with many restaurants and shops within east walking distance. The management team was very responsive to a few requests we had and provided great communication with us. Lots of room for two couples and even though there was foot traffic below us, the windows and shutters blocked out nearly all of the noise. 4th floor with an elevator. Location is what we wanted and this provided it.

Great place in a prime locatiom

Despite some glitches initially, we found this unit to be exactly as advertised. It is bright and airy and in a prime location in the old town section of Lisbon. Our glitches are mostly related to parking. We got into the garage without any issues but then were unable to figure out how to get out. We tried multiple elevators and none worked with the keycard. Thankfully a resident drove in and was able to help us get out using her key card. The property managers were truly WONDERFUL and responsive with this issue. Even going so far is to take pictures of how to get to the correct elevator (not marked). The only other glitch was having to climb 12 flights of stairs to the unit because the elevator was broken. Something outside their control. We would definitely stay there again now that we have it all figured out.

Excellente localisation ! Appartement spacieux et avec une super vue sur la tour. Accessibilité au parking parfaite mais indication a ameliorer. Cependant, manque de fourniture (quelques capsules de cafe, torchons, ...) et appartement bruyant.

Too Noisy!

This location is a pedestrian shopping street so there is a lot of noise at night! The street musicians are VERY loud and the windows do not block the sound. The elevator was not working and there are 86 stairsteps. Joivy never answered my question about that and I probably would not have booked for that reason alone. Also would be nice to have at least sugar in the cupboard. Delta coffee maker- you can buy pods at the grocery nearby. Best for younger people who like being in a busy area. Convenient to get around the city! Tons of shopping and restaurants.Back entrance is handy and get UBER from there. Just couldn’t find the first day so had to carry luggage up from the front entrance. Ugh! Joivy did not answer our call to help find it (in alcove by steps where people get off the famous elevator) Museum next door is a must see! May weather lovely but it would be hot in the summer without air conditioning. Less expensive than 2 hotel rooms and more space. We did use the washer and hung clothes to dry on the racks. Beds comfy. Overall ok.

appart centre ville

Appartement bien situé dans la rue commerçante. Le bruit s'arrête avec la fermeture des commerces donc pas trop gênant. Le salon est très agréable et lumineux cependant ne pas avoir de chaine local de télévision est bien dommage seul moyen avoir des comptes perso. Pour la musique un système ou on pose un Iphone mais impossible a faire fonctionner. Pour les salles de bain qui sont de bonne taille elles ont besoin d'un coup de neuf le nettoyage n'étant pas à la hauteur. Comme beaucoup d'endroit impossible d'accrocher 4 serviettes c'est pourtant pas chère de mettre des patères. Manque aussi une explication pour les poubelles, ou les vides t'on rien trouvé dans l'immeuble. Un bon point il y avait une machine à café avec quelques capsules c'est toujours agréable. La ville est vraiment super on a bien marché Cordialement Xavier
