Wonderful locaton

Check in was easy. We are seniors and there was 4 flights of stairs. Location was excellent. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was very limited natural light. It rained hard during our stay and there a leak in the kitchen area. Overall good value for the money.

Exactly what we needed!

We had a great experience! The location was right in the main area, so everything was very walkable! There was accidentally no key in the key box when we arrived, but they were able to come quickly to bring us the key! The AC worked great and the space felt nice and roomey! We slept great and had the best time! Highly recommend!

Great location

This apartment is in a great location, walkable to all of the touristy things to do. The neighborhood felt safe and there are markets, restaurants & cafe’s close by. The apartment itself is fine, however it is on the interior of the building so there are no windows. There is a skylight that opens and AC so you can get some air movement. There is deferred maintenance that needs done and the cleaning could be a bit better. Communication with the management team was fantastic, no issues there. It was fine for us, as the apartment is just a place to keep our stuff, sleep and shower.

Great location

Perfect location for walking around the older section of Lisbon. Washer was very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was lovely and safe, with a market right down the road. It’s easy to take the metro from the airport to station 0.4 miles from the apartment, costing €7 apiece rather than the €80+ for two via the airport transfer. Also, I ordered the breakfast package but there was no food at all left in the kitchen. Calling to talk to the managers left me on the phone waiting for a human. The organization is keen to have the guests complete check In communication, etc, but not to reciprocate.

The best location

The porpoise of our visit was to see the city, to learn history and todays life of people. All tours and all places where we wanted to go we’re on walking distance. The best restaurants, cafeterias and pastries shop are right there. Place is clean and little kitchen was a great help when we didn’t have time for breakfast in cafeteria.

Tidy and clean. Perfect location. Minutes to everything. Note. It's on the 3rd floor as in Europe the ground floor numbering begins with zero. Near groceries and the busy shopping district of Baixa. Transportation options are close as well.

Good sized room in great location

Automatic check-in with easy telephone assistance when i needed it. Located perfectly in the touristy section, walking distance to most of the sites we wanted to see. Only negative is there ate no windows, but does have a sky light when the sun is up. Not a big deal as we didn't come here to stay in a room. Recommended.

Great location

We had a fantastic time at this property in Lisbon. Central location within a east walk to restaurants, attractions and the metro. Small grocery store located just a few steps away Secured entrance , very clean and air conditioning works well! Please remember this apartment does not have a window ( sky light only). This didn’t bother us as we were out all day. My only suggestion would be a facelift for the bathroom it’s starting to show some it’s age. We would certainly suggest this apartment to friends and family

It would be nice if there were instructions on how to use the tv. Also if there were luggage racks so the suitcases were not placed on the floor. It is a good way to learn a language by listening to the tv. Otherwise all was fine. Thank you

Check in was easy and communication was good before arrival. Chickens and bathroom simple but functional. The zone is perfect to visit downtown Lisbon.The house though has some serious issues. It has just one window in the ceiling and one in the kitchen that open to a small internal space of the building. The atmosphere in living area was very loaded, with a musty smell, and this did not improved by opening the window regularly (it only opens a bit). The strong smell in the stairs (from the restaurant downstairs) does not help either The appartment seemed only superficially clean and we had even a small cockroach waiting for us upon our arrival (the only one fortunately), maybe related with the not so clean appraresnce of the building. We pointed out this when asked for feedback upon our arrival but had no reply.There are other apartments in the same stairs which where a source of noise from (presumably) parties. We are heavy sleepers so it was bearable for us.Overall a disappointing experience considering also the price.
