In the headline is says "!new! but the place is anything but. Once you walk it's very clear that the place is not new but pretty old. The floor in the bedroom is coming apart, there's dirt in the corners and the couch was lumpy looking so much so that we didn't even use it.

Porque não gostei!

O piso do apartamento está precisando de reforma urgente! Colocaram um tapete em cima para disfarçar. Perigoso para quedas. Um dos banheiros, o boxe não tem porta e nem cortina, molha tudo, todo o banheiro. Faltam puxadores para toalhas. O apartamento fica numa rua de ladeira ! O outro acesso é o metro, que para chegar na estação, são 87 degraus, ida e volta. Para idosos, que no nosso grupo tinham duas, inviável. Tivemos que alugar um carro, o que não estava nos nossos planos. Isso precisa estar claro no anúncio!! No geral, o apartamento estava limpo e bem equipado só que os defeitos eram muito relevantes. Piso, falta de cortina e puxadores em um dos banheiros e a localização. Fundamental deixar claro que fica numa ladeira íngreme e acesso ao metro com 87 degraus acho que para um viajante de qualquer idade é pesado. O interfone não funciona. Está quebrado. Avisei ao encarregado que nos recebeu. Enfim, tivemos uma despesa extra com o aluguel do carro mas, como iríamos ficar só 4 dias, achamos por bem sublimar os problemas e aproveitar Lisboa. A redondeza do bairro também não achamos das mais seguras apesar de nada de errado ter acontecido nesse sentido. Um quarto não tem armário , apenas o que aqui no Brasil chamamos de "arara" e também não existe uma cômoda com gavetas. Hóspedes idosos ou adultos com criança, esse não é de fato o apartamento apropriado.

Apartment ist abgewohnt

Das Apartment entspricht in seinem Zustand leider nicht mehr den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, aber insgesamt abgewohnt und war zudem nicht allzu sauber. Zudem hatten wir starken Schimmelbefall in einem der Schlafzimmer, die Fußböden waren vor Feuchtigkeit teilweise aufgebrochen, der Abfluss in einem der Bäder funktionierte schlecht, wir hatten starken Ameisenbefall und insgesamt war die Ausstattung teilweise sehr abgewohnt und defekt. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nach einmaliger Benutzung nicht mehr und die Küchenausstattung war teilweise sehr rudimentär (1 Topf, 1 Pfanne). Nach Beschwerden unsererseits wurde der Abfluss instand gesetzt und der Schimmel entfernt. Gegen die Ameisen bekamen wir ein Kältespray, was das Problem nur teilweise beseitigte.Die Lage des Apartments war ansonsten gut, schade, dass sie in keinem ordentlichen Zustand ist.

Clean apartment close to metro

We spent 4 days in the suite. It had nice beds,bedding and towels. It had a working washing machine and dishwasher. It was quiet at night. For the negatives: our small rental car did not fit in the provided parking spot,It was hot even with fans. It had many lamps but not places to plug them in.

Unprofessional Hosts

I will start with the positive. The apartment is very cozy and the location is good. There are restaurants walking distance. Now, the negative. There is no air conditioning or fans and it was hot at night. Also, because we had to leave the windows open, our sleep was interrupted by street noise and neighbors The parking space is extremely small so, we had to leave our car in the street and far away. One of the showers was clogged. I notified the representative that checked us in immediately. I also notified the host via VRBO. They turned around and charged us 115 € for a damage they left behind. I’m sure that the cleaning crew could verify that the drain was already clogged. I tried to reason with Tiago and explained to him that they gave us a unit that was already “damaged”, but he still charged us. I also asked Tiago for an email for me to send him the text I sent Gonçalo (the rep. we met with at check-in) and he ignored my request. If they were all professionals and honest, Tiago should have confirmed with Gonçalo that I texted him the same night I checked-in. Because of their unprofessionalism, I recommend that you keep searching for another property. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONE!!
