The studio is modern, bright and fully equipped to provide a practical and comfortable stay.

It features a queen-size bed, kitchen, Wi-Fi and TV, as well as everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in Lisbon. Pets are also welcome.

The studio is located in a traditional Lisbon building and access is exclusively via stairs, as the building does not have an elevator.

The accommodation can host up to 2 guests and features a queen-size bed. Paid parking is also available on site, subject to availability.

To ensure everyone's comfort and respect for the other residents, we kindly ask you to follow these rules:

-Parties and events are not allowed.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this period, noise must be kept to a minimum.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
-Guests must respect the building's common areas and other residents.
-The apartment must be left in good condition at check-out.
-Pets are allowed, provided that we are informed in advance.
