Don't go!!

This was quite a disappointment... When i think boutique i think Cosy, luxury, comfort... This was anything but that. Small, dirty, smelly... We didnt even dare to shower there or walk bare-footed in the room. My initial idea was to check out again immediately... Room was dirty, small and nothing like it shows on the picture. Had to go back to the "front desk" to ask for toiletpaper because that wasnt even in the room. Bathroom was dirty, toiletseat loose, stains all over. The wasbasin didnt drain... Airco couldnt cool the room. Front door was open all time. Small and very narrow corridors.. a smell of sewar when walking the stairs. Dont be fooled by the pictures... Thats niet what you will find... The only good thing was the location. If you can find it... The location directions on the app brought us somewhere else.

As toalhas não eram de qualidade, na verdade ásperas.Teve dia que trocaram as toalhas por outras rasgadas. Não havia sabonete, nem no lavado e área de banho, apenas shampoo. Outro aspecto a insegurança, quando retornava à noite não havia ninguém na recepção.

Small stylish hotel in hilly Theater District

Great area close to many interesting sights and Camoes Square which is a meeting point for many Tours. That square is right next to Baixo- Chiado subway station. It is in one of the hilly areas of Lisbon. Walking down is fine, but I usually took an Uber at the end of my sightseeing instead of walking back up the hill. Immaculate stylishly decorated room. The bathroom is quite small. The room is perfect for one person but a tight squeeze for two people.There is a little elevator with the sliding metal grill on each side of it. There’s really not a lobby – just one employee seated behind a glass pane. No place inside the hotel to get breakfast but cafés are right next-door and the food is delicious.

Terrible so called hotel.

The room was too small and cluttered. You had to turn sideways to go between the foot of the bed and wall. No place to store . There is no lobby . Just a small checkin. The elavater is scary and the steps were dark and too dangerous. We did not find it comfortable. Only plus was there were many reasturants just next door plus the metro was just around the corner. We stayed 4 nights . Would not want to stay there again.

Location is great, the gentleman at front desk is very nice and they upgraded my room to superior. But other than that I would not recommend the hotel. There's no staff at the hotel overnight. They gave a phone number for emergencies but you cannot call by WhatsApp. The hotel is rather old and dark, which is not great especially when everything is painted black. There wasn't any light in the bathroom sink area. The beddings were clean but I discovered hair and dirt on the bed cover underneath. The couch looked old and worn. The room is not very soundproofed either, I could hear diners chattering at the terrace under my room. I would not stay there again unfortunately.
