Excellent location. Although I understand that this is not a 5-star hotel, the renovation is very old, the lights in the room are too weak, and there are no plugs next to the bed.

Breakfast included was very good. Lots of options. Staff front desk very accommodating. 1.5 miles from port. 2 blocks from Hard Rock, shopping and restaurants. Trolley subway stop - 1 block.

Despite the impression given on the website, this is a very old hotel that feels far from “renovated.” The entire atmosphere comes across as overly pretentious, but without the quality or comfort to justify it. The pillows were some of the worst I’ve ever encountered—the filling was broken into so many pieces that it felt like sleeping on a bag of rocks. The air conditioning unit was extremely old and noisy, making it difficult to rest. The bathroom also had several issues: the air ducts in the partition clearly need urgent repair, and after every shower the floor was left completely flooded. For the extremely high price charged, this hotel does not deliver in any way. Between the outdated facilities, uncomfortable rooms, and inflated sense of grandeur, I cannot recommend it. There are far better options in Lisbon that offer genuine comfort and value—look elsewhere.

Room 304’s bathroom is smaller than a cruise ship’s. The window was looking out to a concrete wall. This place is very dingy and dark with terrible customer service.

Picked this hotel for its location: FABULOUS! Room was a bit smaller than I expected but price point for such a central location was excellent. Unfortunately, my stay was marred at the end by an incident involving transportation (booked through the hotel) for transfer to the airport. I arrived 10 minutes early for the departure & noted a car parked across from the property. Reception staff said they would alert me when the driver arrived. 15 minutes later a woman entered & spoke to reception & exited. Moments later, staff told me my driver had arrived. I discovered that the parked car I observed was indeed my transport and that she had arrived 35 minutes earlier & alerted staff. They did NOT inform me. Our late departure was concerning & I nearly missed my flight.

i did not like bc my comforter and bed sheet were dirty and when I asked to changed it.. was left without the comforter and could not sleep bc of the clold and air conditioning.. the next day, I asked for same but was told they will check with the staff and that was it and the phone was disconnected at the hotel.. would not recommend

レスタウラドーレス広場に近く、市内観光の起点とするには良いと思います。ホテルの星から考えて特に不満はありませんが、古い建物で床が傾斜しており、ドアと床の間にも傾斜による隙間があります。アメニティも不揃いです。優雅な気分を味わいたい人には勧められません。

Otelin yeri çok iyi. Hem merkezde hem de metroya yürüme mesafesi. Kahvaltı ortalama, eh denebilir. Odalar tertemizdi. Biraz dekorasyonu eski ama benim için çok önemli bir detay olmadığı için genel olarak otelden memnun kaldım. Restoranı yok akşam vakit geçirmek için sadece küçük bir bar var ama merkezde olduğu için çocuklu aile değilseniz çok eksikliğini hissetmezsiniz.

The Turim Restauradores hotel is next to the funicular and close to many attractions but it is surprisingly quiet. Lots of great restaurants and wine bars are in its vicinity. I would definitely stay there again
