Great location

The host was super helpful and gave us great info re: what was in the area. Close to Metro and buses. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Last minute cancellation

After confirming ouf booking the day before our arrival, the host cancelled it 10 minutes before the check in time. We had to find a last minute apartment. They said there was an issue with our payment but we never received any notice before. We think they over booked and had to cancel someone last minute.

Great location!

Perfect location. David was fantastic. You do need to be aware that you need to be in good shape to go up and down the stairs. Others have mentioned but the stairs are intense. Otherwise great access to everything you would want to see or do. Would recommend the location.

The property was in our favorite part of Lisbon. Very quaint and lovely! David was very friendly and welcoming, and he gave us great recommendations for our stay in the area. Would highly recommend! Also, the views from the windows were spectacular

Hanging in Lisbon 2024

Excellent location and very nice view. Near many restaurants, bars and transportation. Place was big enough for 5 adults and clean. Shared feedbacks with David about the lights in the staircase and towels but not a big deal. Be ready to climb stairs and stay fit :-)

Great place to stay in the heart of Lisbon

Excellent location, host was extremely responsive, and apartment was very clean. Apartment is on the 4th floor with no stairs, but you cannot beat the location, very close to TimeOut Market.

Lisbon in August

David, the host, was very helpful. Arranging transfers from the airport and providing useful hints and tips for our stay in Lisbon. Apartment was in a great location and very well equipped. You do need to be fit and healthy to stay here however as the four flights of stairs up to the apartment are very steep but the views from the apartment are worth the climb.

Un endroit magnifique !

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable dans cet appartement idéalement situé dans un quartier très chouette. La vue est digne d’un belvédère; ce qui fait qu’on oublie rapidement la montée un peu éreintante (avec les valises) pour s’y rendre. Nous avions cependant été bien avertis ☺️

Windows of Bica 3 nights stay

The property was in a real nice location very quiet but it’s on the 7th floor with no elevators so you have to go up 87 flight of stairs . You need to have strong knees and be physically fit . The view from the 7 th Fluor is magnificent . David the host was very helpful and gave us a lot of information.

Excellent location in interesting neighborhood

David is an excellent host and very accommodating. We had an excellent time here and it suited us (4 adults) very well. I don’t know that we have anything new to add beyond what the other excellent reviews have noted. A good place to stay and return to in future.

Lisbon historical district

We had a wonderful time and fell in love with a Lisbon! David, the property manager, was so helpful! David helped us with our luggage helped us get settled in and gave us great recommendations. I give him five stars.

Great location - flat was great

Flat worked out really well for us. Location is fantastic. Lots of stairs to the top floor - but worth it for the views. David was great re. Communication and checking we had everything we needed. Would use again.

Be prepared for a workout

Place is in a good location and restaurants and stores very close by. I had rid the reviews before I booked about having to walk up 4 floors of stars. I’m in pretty good shape and exercise but I was sweating when I made it to the top with luggage. I wish this place had an elevator and it would Be perfect. I wouldn’t suggest this place for handicapped people or out of shape or seniors. David was very helpful As well.

Great spot, very close to the Bica Elevator, two great restaurants close by at the end of our block & close to the hop on hop off trolley! The owner David was extremely helpful with our luggage since the unit is a FIVE floor/77step walk up! Definitely a calorie burning location!

Perfect place for the 6 of us! David was amazing with check-in, helpful with recommendations and how to get places as it was or first time in Lisbon. He even checked in on us through out our trip and had recommendations for our next stop as well. Great host!! The apartment was in a great location to get everywhere quick. The beds were very comfy and the water pressure good, which is always a huge plus! Yes there are 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment but we knew that before hand and as long as you can walk Lisbon you will be fine! We loved the place and would stay again!
