「Warm, clean and close to the train station 」

「A stunning property. Just needs a little bit more TLC. Mattress were innneed of replacement. Otherwise it was great.」

「I paid higher price for a room with a private bathroom, unfortunately the private bathroom is not in my room, my wife and I had to walk across the public landing, passing another room door, to get to the “private bathroom”. There are small insects too, we don’t mind the spiders, but the flies are quite annoying.」

Every single person was warm, welcoming and went above and beyond. The location is simply breathtaking. Set in such a beautiful and peaceful place, it feels like something out of another world. 「An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months」

「The staff were great but the rooms were a bit cramped especially the bathrooms. There were problems with television reception breaking up. The hotel is in a nice location and the food was fine.」

「Fantastic cottage, really peaceful location. cottage had everything you need and Colin the host was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the local area. Would definitely stay again and hopefully for longer than just the one night. 」

「My room was in the coach house, just outside tje doors of the main building. It was very clean with just baked biscuits and Tregothnan tea. A gorgeous view of the garden was welcoming on arrival.」
