Make sure you have their phone number because the hotel is on the second floor and the security officer at the entrance is not authorized to use the lift to allow you to go up to the floor. "We arrived in Odessa a few hours before check-in. On the phone we were told to come to the location, and they cancelled our reservation a few minutes before we got there and told us that they cancelled it because it was 'high season' and they wanted to be able to get more money. So we were left high and dry in a new city with nowhere to stay thanks to the owner."

"The location - the hotel is in the basement w/o any view and operates under another name. Consider asking for a code to enter the yard. Very clean, seems to be either new or renovated. A room for three people is quite a narrow option, but still manageable. The property has an aircon, but feels airless. Yet, the service is great and it was a pleasant stay for us."

"Went there to celebrate my Wife's Birthday and she was upset with the stay. Do not book this hotel by looking at pictures. It’s not how it looks. And hotel wants to demand more money when asked for the room showed in picture. Also before booking I tried calling hotel for room confirmation but “No answer”. After booking called hotel to inform about late arrival “no answers”. Even Expedia Agent tried contacting 2-3 times they did not answer them as well. Well thanks to Expedia they are always there for support."
