The space

With the ALL-NEW furniture and décor throughout the entire home, you'll enjoy a restful night's sleep on high-end 16-inch mattresses with premium linens, all while basking in natural light.

Located just a 20-minute drive from downtown Atlanta, this property offers the ultimate private getaway for families. The main living room features a 6-foot window-lined wall that overlooks the patio and yard, complete with a 55-inch TV and direct patio access. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes granite countertops on top of pure white cabinets, bar seating, and a large marble breakfast table that seats 10. The formal dining area features an elegant table that seats 10 and is perfect for family dinners, corporate meetings, and holiday dinners.

The lower level features a modern and spacious Master Suite with a King bed, flat-screen TV, and stunning en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second Queen Suite features two Queen beds and a full en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and new vanity. The bonus room/second living room is perfect for kids, with two sleeper sofas, a 55-inch 4K flat-screen TV, and direct patio access. There's also a full bathroom right outside the door and direct kitchen access.

The upper level offers even more living space, with an extra-large XL Guest Bedroom with two Queen Memory Foam Beds, a dresser, a walk-in closet, and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. There are two additional Queen bedrooms, one with a sleeper sofa, and one with an industrial-style desk workspace. There's also a convenient half-room with a Twin bed, all with new furniture.

Enjoy the screened-in deck with a stunning patio area overlooking a spacious and tree-lined backyard, featuring a large patio dining area with seating for 10+ guests, a propane grill with gas provided, and a sofa sectional for mingling. Roof skylights let you stargaze at night, and direct access to the backyard and kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals and outdoor living. You'll also appreciate the attached two-car garage, four full bathrooms, high-speed internet, four flat-screen TVs, and a washer and dryer on-site.

Take a dip in the beautiful pool, featuring depths ranging from 4ft to 9ft and an intermediate depth of 6ft, or shoot hoops on the basketball board and hoop in the driveway. The property also features professional soccer goals in the front yard and plenty of parking for 10+ vehicles.

Our team of cleaners does their best to have the unit clean and sanitized for your arrival, and if there's any item that needs attention, we'll attempt to fix it right away. Pest control services are available upon request, and our maintenance team is here to help with any issues that may arise during your stay.

If available, early check-in is offered for $50. Please note that we do not accept last-minute bookings for guests without prior history.

As our guest, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire house during your stay. The entire unit is private and only for your use, so you can relax and enjoy your stay without any interruptions.

BEFORE BOOKING:

PET POLICY:
➜Pets are welcome, but we kindly request that they stay off the furniture and bedding
➜A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is required, with an additional fee of $150 for three or more pets

EXTRA GUESTS:
➜A fee of $19 per night per guest is charged after the 6th guest

VISITORS:
➜Visitors are welcome with a one-time fee of $29 per guest
➜We can host events/gatherings maximum of 60 guests.
