「Great place to visit」

「Beautifull resort in the middle of pictoresque small villages and mountains. Staff was very friendly and the scenery so amazing! Breakfast was simple but good, room and bed very comfy. Would definitely come back if we come to the area again!」

「We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses...

「Beautifully situated hotel. Possibility of using Zakopane thermal baths. The meals were very tasty. The downside was the breakfast time. The cafeteria opened a bit too late for early departures. All the staff knew the area very well. Their suggestions for local attractions were invaluable. Even in bad weather they helped us find the right program. Mr. Maciej from the reception and Mrs. Lucja were irreplaceable in this. Janusz Dziuba.」

「This was the absolute worst experience I have had while traveling. I have visited many countries in Europe, and many cities mostly in Poland and I am not one to complain but this is an exception. First of all, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING on site. The parking lot was always full and the front desk would shrug their shoulders when I questioned where I should park. My father and I simply visited this region to go to the thermal baths next door. We had a difficult time getting the hotel card to let...

「Perfect property for visiting nearby ski slopes. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had a great time and would stay here again if we come back to the area. Parking was busy directly outside property, but there were plenty of spaces in the main car park area. Communication was great before arrival and our questions were answered quickly.」
