“Beautiful place, great ambiance. Our grandson loved the record player and amazing vinyl record collection. Very comfortable four poster beds. Sweet goodies awaited our arrival and a tasty breakfast served. Perfect!”

“Great little self contained unit for 2 people. Had everything you needed for a great weekend of riding and then relaxing in the evening. We were a couple, so a double bed would have been great, but most who go are probably on a mates weekend so we understood the 2 single beds Its super close to everything in town, so although we had a car we didnt need to use it”

Bed base in master that appeared water damaged - not the first thing you want to see in an establishment that you’ve paid good money for. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Fan in bathroom didn’t work properly. Inability to use the Venetian blinds properly. They could be open and closed but not tilted. Again, difficult when the lighting was so poor but needed daylight to get dressed for the day. Being……

“Great to have a room for bicycles. Had a lovely dinner at Pinnochio's restaurant. Close to Derby for riding with accomodation at a reasonable price. Lots of beds if you are travelling with lots of friends.”

“We had a great stay at the Shed in Derby. Lovely modern accommodation right in the centre of town with the bike tracks on our doorstep. The shed had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible including a lock up shed for bikes if needed. Right across the road from bike hire and shuttle places and a selection of good restaurants very near by. We will definitely be back 😊”

“From the first communication nothing was an issue. Accommodation immaculate.. Even saw the platypus. Beds so comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom fabulous. Everything clean. Local pub great. Really close to Derby which is why we were there.. But can say if I am in the area this would be my place to stay. “The house is massive, and would be great for families to stay in the summer. It's been renovated by the owner, who was next door renovating a second house during our stay. Derby Digs lacks character and warmth, painted stark white, decorated with cheap looking prints on the walls and single light bulbs in the fixtures on the high ceilings. There are no lamps, so if you're sitting around chatting in the evenings you'll be under the full fluro lights. Our dissatisfaction was with the lack of……
