"The breakfast at this establishment was quite pricey at $18.00 per person. While the food was decent, it lacked any special or memorable qualities. One of the major issues was the presentation of the food. It was served in hot warmers, which made it appear as if the food had been sitting there since breakfast began at 6 am. To improve the experience, they should consider offering omelets made to order and providing more toppings for waffles and other items."

"We got in just after midnight…the receptionist was very underwhelming. We showered that night and those towels used were the only ones we had the remainder of our stay (except for the few l that were taken and not replaced while we were out for the day. We asked for towels on at least 4 different occasions with no success. The reasoning each time was that “he was washing and drying them” even at 10pm the night before our departure. It was quiet inconvenient to dry off with a hand towel. Water in the pool seemed murky,rail leading down the stairs was loose and unstable. Our room was nice and the cleanliness was just okay, due to small things like trash already being in the wastebaskets when we arrived. We would probably book again,when visiting the Dallas area,just not this Embassy location."

"Room was clean and quiet. Property was very nice. The pool was open, but it looked a little cloudy, so I didn't make use of it. Very convenient to everything in the area including the airport. I would stay again. "

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome with their friendly smiles and, of course, the signature warm chocolate chip cookie — such a delightful touch. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with plush bedding that made it easy to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The hotel’s location is perfect — close to Dallas Love Field, great restaurants, and shopping, making it convenient for both business and leisure trips. I also loved the amenities: the fitness center was well-equipped, the pool area was inviting, and the on-site dining options were delicious. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and enjoyable. Overall, this DoubleTree exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dallas — whether you’re traveling for work, leisure, or just need a cozy, welcoming place to stay, this hotel has it all!"
