This hotel seems to cater to workers who need a room while working in the area. We stayed there because we were traveling with our 2 dogs. There were holes in the wall that needed to be repaired but room was a pretty good size. There was no chair in the room other than an office chair at the desk. We were able to deal with that. However when I requested 2 sets of towels (for 2 adults) I was told “Oh no, only 1set.” Lesson learned . . .

Terrible, shady practices

This was only a quick over night stay for us, as it was a halfway point in our long road trip. If we had needed to stay longer than one night, then I would have canceled and went somewhere else. Very uncomfortable room! Loud partying or something going on upstairs all night long, bed was uncomfortable. There was trash on top of our microwave from previous guests. Our non-smoking room smelled like it had been heavily smoked in. The towels were very small. They charged my card before i got there(which was not supposed to happen). Then wanted $20 more money for my 2 dogs when we got there. I booked a "pet friendly" hotel, because usually that means they don't charge extra for them. We've stayed at 5 different hotels on this trip & this was the first "pet friendly" one that asked for extra payment upon arrival. I booked on hotels.com specifically to pay at property when i got there. So they should not have charged my card before i got there, because that was not the card i wanted to use. Then when i asked for my hotel receipt, he told me he couldn't give me one. I would never stay here again. I've stayed at cheaper hotels that were much cleaner!
