“Difficulty with the door lock but the owner came to repair it. Beautiful place and the kitchen is really clean. Showers should be clean more often. Beds are really comfortable. I Recommend this property.”

“This small but very accommodating cottage looked like a lot of small cottages , until…..we opened the door. The cottage was beautifully appointed and chocked full of visual wonders. Lots and lots of wonderful plants and a collection of artwork and figurines, so much so that I’m sure I didn’t see every one. Everywhere you looked you saw something you had previously missed. Everything required to have small intimate meals was available for use. The grounds and the path to a small river were……

“This cottage was perfect to enjoy and explore the east (and north/south) sides of PEI. Freshly painted and well-maintained, it had a definite beachy feel. The tap water tasted great and the shower had lots of water pressure. The bbq and electric fireplace made it a pleasant place to cook and relax after a day of sightseeing. Once the owners add wifi/tv services, it will be even better, although we did watch several of the supplied DVD movies on the flat screen smart tv. Our cell phone data……

“Montage PEI was a wonderful little town to spend our first trip to the island. Our little cottage was a great to place to return to at the end of the day exploring. The screened in porch was a nice place to relax before bed. In the morning we were able to watch the boats in the bay tending their gear. The beach across the road was nice for walks; lots of shells to see.”

“First, Tammy was wonderful to communicate with. When I booked the stay, the dates got mixed up and I immediately requested a change of booking. Tammy got back to me promptly and was able to accommodate the dates we'd be on the island. The home is so well equipped and modern yet still holds the feel of being a heritage home. The new kitchen is splendid. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the beds and bedding was perfect. The family loved the location and the space - we were also able to host……

“Cottage was very clean and comfortable. When we weren't out exploring the island, we enjoyed the peace and quiet on the back porch with the view of the sea. Thank you,Tammy, for the local goodies. They were a treat. My only suggestion would be to have written instructions at the house with the Wi-Fi password. We struggled to find it, and without CP service outside the US, we had no way to contact anyone to answer our questions.”

“The trailer's location was a bit more secluded than I anticipated; only the one trailer behind a utility shed and surrounded by woods. However, it was very peaceful and a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown New Glasgow or in the other direction, Melmerby Beach! In fact, it was much closer to my mother's apartment (10 mins) than I expected, making it very convenient for me!”

“The house was great. It was cold while we were there and the house was nice and cozy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It’s located in a quiet rural area and there is a small convenience store close by that had all we needed to pick up for our stay. We enjoyed the beach walks. We saw seals, starfish, crabs, & even a couple of foxes on the property. Check in was a breeze. We would love to stay there in the summer sometime. It would be the perfect summer beach house. “A lovely little house, with views of the Northumberland Strait which you can sit and look at from a screened deck area - so you are mosquito free. It is off the beaten track at a quiet area of the island but it is so beautiful. Within walking distance of a small beach and driving distance to so many more!”
