“对于滑雪的人，这个酒店地理位置是最好的。但是不满意的是，酒店明明有两层的停车位，却不让住宿的客人停车，客人必须把车停在很远的地方，要走路十分钟再回到酒店。你可以使用Valet 停车，但你需要为此多付$35/天，但事实上，Valet的停车场就在酒店的停车场！即使是在淡季，没有什么客人了，到处都是空的停车位，他们也不会让你停车，你必须停在最远的停车场！我们住了三天，每天$1000 ，居然没有room service，我们专门请求room service，可是还是没有，他们只是送过来一些毛巾而已。我们打电话想要order foods，可是没人接电话，打了很多遍，也没人接电话。最后，晚上出门一定要小心，因为有狼，就在门口溜达，每天晚上。”

“Great staff, nice breakfast Buffett, coffee in the lobby… great view of the mountain…. Only issue was that the hot tubs were too chlorinated & my son and I developed a burning rash on our backs after going in two days…”

“I truly can’t say enough great things about Montage Big Sky—it absolutely blew me away. We took this trip to get away from our four kids and spend some uninterrupted time together, and it was everything we hoped for and more.
The staff was exceptional, catering to every need with such care and attention. The dining was incredible—we ate at Cortina at least three times because it was that good. The spa experience was pure luxury; we were pampered from start to finish.
