“Was a great location! Loved being able to walk downtown and close to other places we visited! Would stay again!”

“Beautiful property that makes you feel at home. Highly recommend.”

“Friendly and accommodating”

“We loved our stay and it was perfect for our group. Communication with the host was fantastic. They have really thought of the fine details on this property. Thank you so much for stocking necessities and beyond. So thoughtful and much needed. I have never stayed at a property that had what we needed—this was awesome! The shower curtain over the glass in the primary bathroom is genius. You really have thought of everything. Thank you for everything!”

“Literally one of the best places I've rented anywhere in the world and I've been to over 40 countries and countless host type rentals. The attention to detail is second to none and the owner is extremely communicative and friendly. The house is great, good location and the kitchen is stocked as if a chef lives there. On top of that, the mattress in the master (can't speak to the other rooms, I didn't use them) is the best mattress I[ve ever slept on. Loved this house.”

“Tastefully updated historic home within walking distance of all things Littleton Backyard patio was wonderful for morning coffee and evening game nights. Kitchen had everything and we even grilled out with steaks from local meat market. Walk to transit was very easy as we went to concert downtown. Highly recommended”

“If you plan on booking this one, you need to know that you will NOT be alone on the property. There are permanent residents in the actual house. The space available is a basement apartment. This fact needs to be clearly presented on the listing. It was not at the time I booked.Communication through the app with the host is cut and paste, stock communication from their side. I assume you need to call them directly. We didn't bother. We arrived 30 minutes early to find two cars in the driveway. We……

“Everything was perfect. The home is immaculate and perfectly furnished. We had everything we needed and the host was in contact to assist if we needed anything”

“Clean house. Allowed us to visit daughter’s family for newborn Christening (they live in a small apartment nearby). Host great response. Nice outdoor space. Close to downtown Littleton and easy access to local attractions. Family friendly and quiet neighborhood. Nice neighbors.”

“We had a wonderful time and the mountain view each morning was a great way to start the day. Everything was clean and well supplied. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone. We had 6 people in it and could have had 8 easily in 4 bedrooms. There was a Mr Coffee and a Keurig for those who enjoy coffee beverages. We used the hot tub most nights and relaxed on the patio. Great vacation!!”

“The property was not as advertised, no central A/C as described in the listing and very dirty. Unresponsive property management company. Was told the A/C just went out but temporary (garage rolling units) were placed in the property, the day we arrived it was 103. Deplorable inside, fence had large holes in it, backyard was unusable. Dirty kitchen, table & bathroom surfaces.”

“:)”

“A very well equipped and comfortable property. Would highly recommend.”

“Quiet place with comfy beds. Easy check-in too.”
