"Our room was offered including city view and bathtub, which was not at the end.
They could do a bit more with cleaning and maintenance. Trying to charge extra for a pillow is not acceptable."

"This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I've stayed in in Taiwan! The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and an early check-in (since there were no guests from the night before).
Our room was on the second floor. It was spacious and clean with a cosy atmosphere. We had a balcony overlooking the entrance. To our pleasant surprise everything in the minibar was inclusive.
