The shower was not put together properly so the controls were upside down, The water was either boiling hot or freezing. The mugs in the cupboard were dirty. The worst part was the checkin process. you had to walk 15 minutes from the property, bags and all, to an off-license to get a key, The help line was in London and they did not really know how to get into the property. You had to return the key to the offliscence (it opened at 6am!) before departure, but could not leave your bags behind so had to take them with you. The WIFI instructions in the apartment were all wrong and the company sent the correct ones by email. The coathangers were broken and some were childrens size. There was no lid on the bin. The rug on the bed was stained and dirty.
