When you check out ,storage for your luggage if like me your train is leaving in the afternoon. 2nd time using here...will always use here. Christmas next I think."

"The hotel was lovely, the location was excellent. We had a view of the castle out of our window! We used the pool and it was clean and a nice temperature. The only issue we had was the heat. The hotel was incredibly hot, the windows were not easy to open and didnt open more than a couple of cms. I believe this is a wider issue around the UK not just at this hotel but thats why I rated 4/5"

"This is a very (relatively) affordable place to stay. I did a social dinner that was fun. Sleeping in the big rooms in a pod was OK once I had the earplugs in, but since one must be quiet there is a vibe of "don't talk to me!" throughout the facility. Outside of the sleeping room, it is a youth hostel and has the energy and music that goes with that. The staff were great."
