"when I arrived to check in, they informed me that they didn't have any rooms available!!!! I told them how is that possible the said that there had been a mistake but how if I already had my reservation and has been paid in full and in advance with Expedia !!!!! I told them how is that possible if I look right now on Expedia it says that there are still rooms available she insisted that there is a mistake .... I was furious because all other hotels where booked we ended up sleeping outside a gas station in the middle of nowhere ... "

The lake-view is top notch and our family spent a lot of time in the sun room. Host is friendly, prompt in responses and very helpful. Kid friendly (although you’ll still need to mind any toddlers) & pet friendly. "
