“This is a great hotel. While older, it is extremely clean and maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful (especially Merriam). I appreciated having access to the large grocery store across the street and the nearby restaurants. Highly recommend.”

“When we arrived at the lodge, the staff at reception seemed didn't know I had an online booking and the room wasn't ready. Waited 45 minutes to enter the room after a long drive. There was no hot water because the hot water heater "geezer" was off. (Staff didn't advise us if this when we arrived). It was switched on and waited 30 minutes and only got luke warm water for our 2 day stay. I told staff and nothing was done until the last day. Ordered complimentary breakfast and it took 30 minutes……

“Staff (Manager) is helpful as we almost missed the booking of Devil's pool, and breakfast was delicious,too. If you would like to buy something, you can reach a big supermarket with about 15min walking.”

“Quiet and lovely. Located a little bit far from downtown, but within 15 minutes walk. They can help to book activity. We went to the jollyboys backpackers first and found out it's quite noisy and crowded there. The staff took us to the campsite(they are owned by the same company). I prefer the campsite.”

“Nice and neat apartments. Could do with stronger night time curtains to keep the light out. Friendly staff. Loud music noise from B'Hive Bar across the road is a risk to the business if staying in apartments close to the road.”
