Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben ganz toll. Anliegen wurden zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt. Lediglich die Absprachen des Zeitpunktes des Check-In und des Check Out wurden (aus welchem Grund auch immer) nicht eingehalten.

Great stay also in wintertime

Even before arriving, Sonja was super cordial and hospitable. She speaks great English and is very friendly and communicative. We stayed with a large group of friends over new year's, and although it was quite cold outside, the heating worked impeccably and we immediately felt right at home. There are a few small things you should be aware of: There is a security deposit to be paid in cash (which was returned without a hitch at the end of our stay). Furthermore, the address is not correct on Google Maps. I recommend contacting Sonja beforehand and asking for directions, as we did spend quite a bit of time trying to find the place. Ample parking is available and the kitchen was well equipped, along with some cute welcome gifts supplied by Sonja and her boys. All in all, we had a marvelous experience and are looking forward to returning again soon!

Den Bilder folgte die Ernüchterung. Ein Haus dieser Preisklasse sollte keine durchgelegenen Betten keine ausgebrochenen Schranktüren keine unfertigen aus der Wand schauenden Wasserleitungen keine ausgebrochenen Poolfliesen keine nicht vorhanden Weinglässer keine 4 PAL Betonsteine und Fließen auf den Parkplatz stehen haben. Poolreinigung ohne Messungen der Werte. Nicht zu empfehlen Frau Sadebeck diesen Preis.

Schöne Woche in Istrien

schönes Haus, ideal gerade in den aktuellen Zeiten... mit viel Raum im Haus... für 3 Familien. Kommunikation mit Sonja und Goran war super. Leider wurde in den Tagen vor der Anreise die Qualität des Pools etwas vernachlässigt... Jedoch hat man dies nach Rücksprache zügi in den Griff bekommen. In der Austattung, zB. Weingläser gibt es noch Luft nach oben, ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert... ich denke wir werden wieder kommen.

Tolle Tage in Liznjan

Zoran, der Vermieter, war sehr zuvorkommend und immer sofort vor Ort, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Herzlichen Dank!! Das Haus ist an guter Lage. Das Haus ist sehr gross und geräumig. Ablageflächen und Aufhängevorrichtungen im Bad sind rar. Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen!

Große und geräumige Villa

Wir durften eine Woche die Villa Morning View beziehen. Wie der Name schon zeigt kann man mit einen herrlichen Sonnenaufgang geweckt werden. Die Ausstattung lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig, von Gasgriller über Weinkühler bis hin zu einer Musikanlage. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Wohnobjekt nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Great accomodation for big groups!

Zorans Villa is a great place to spend your vacations. We were a group of 12 guys and there was very enough space for us all. The outside area great, we spent the whole day at the terraces and the pool. There are no close neighbours, so you can enjoy your time without others watching you. Also Zoran is a very great host who gives you any advise you need.

Het huis is een fantastische plek om je vakantie door te brengen! Gastheer Zoran is hartelijk en zorgt ervoor dat het aan niets ontbreekt. De foto’s zijn mooi maar in het echt is het zo mogelijk nog beter. Het uitzicht is geweldig. Alle kamers hebben een eigen badkamer en het zwembad is heerlijk! Wij hebben ontzettend genoten en hopen ooit nog eens terug te komen.
