We were so lucky….

… to have found this beautiful place and the best owners with Sandra and Goran. An absolutely gorgeous house with a nice pool. Our dog was loving the garden - we had problems to leave, such a great time. We will definitely come back again !

Beautiful house in calm location

My family and our dogs enjoyed our holidays in Villa Sandra so much! The house was clean and tidied up. We had there everything we needed for the 2 weeks with our little children. We got enough towels and fresh laundry for the beds after 1 week. The house owners were so kind and courteous.

Haus & Gründstück waren sauber und absolut makellos. Die Vermieter waren sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Goran kam regelmäßig mit Ankündigung um den Pool zu reinigen und konnte auch direkt bei einem kleinen technischen Problem helfen. Auch von den oft beschriebenen Skorpionen war nichts zu sehen. Meine Frau, unser Hund und ich haben die Unterkunft fanden die Unterkunft und den Aufenthalt klasse - absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit einem schönen Strand mit Bar und Surfschule in 1,2 km Entfernung. Man lebt etwas "abgelegen", was wir sehr schön fanden, weil man von niemandem gestört wird und die Kinder sich im Pool austoben konnten. Ebenfalls sind Medulin und Pula. Etwas weiter entfernt, aber sehr empfehlenswert ist die sehr schöne Altstadt mit Hafen Rovinj. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (nicht nur kleine Läden) sind ca. 7 Autominuten entfernt in Medulin.

Haus mit Pool

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt bei unseren Gastgebern Sandra und Goran. Getrübt wurde dieser lediglich durch die lästigen Moskitos, die jeden Abend und Nacht über einen hergefallen sind. Auch zwei Skorpione mussten wir entfernen…Haus selbst hat zwei schöne Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad und Toilette. Alle drei Zimmer sind klimatisiert.Sehr schöner Pool.Kleiner Nachteil, die Terrasse hat keinen wirklichen Sonnenschutz, außer einem Sonnenschirm. Hier wäre eine Markise sehr hilfreich….Weiterhin sollten Küchenutensilien wie Pfannen und Töpfe mal erneuert werden.Insgesamt aber ein schöner Aufenthalt bei netten Gastgebern.

Wir (4 Erwachsene) waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Sie kommen ca. alle 3 Tage um den Pool zu reinigen und sind für Fagen offen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Raumaufteilung hervorragend. Zudem war es sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Lage ist super. 2-3 kleine Geschäfte im Ort für den täglichen Bedarf und die Hafenstadt Medulin ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir werden es definitiv weiterempfehlen und auch selbst wiederkommen. Vielen dank an Goran und Sandra für den schönen Urlaub

Schöner Urlaub in der Nebensaison

Sehr nettes Ferienhaus und freundlicher Service der Eigentümer. Schöner Garten mit Pool. Angenehme Temperaturen im Oktober, auch wenn der Pool schon recht kalt war. Betten teils hart und kurze Decken. Viele Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung von Pula für Unternehmungen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Haus bot in großzügiger Weise alles! Pool, Grill- sowie der gesamte Außenbereich, vernünftige und sichere Parkmöglichkeit für das Auto und nicht zu vergessen die Innenausstattung von der Küche, den Bädern und den Betten bzw. Schlafräumen ! Sehr nette Vermieter !

Erholsam und perfekt mit Vierbeiner

Es waren wunderschöne zwei Wochen in der Villa. Goran kümmert sich regelmäßig um den pool. Der Garten war perfekt für unseren hund. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit Goran ist einfach und unkompliziert.

Super Haus mit tollem Pool

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht. Der Empfang war sehr nett und alle nötigen Informationen werden gegeben. Eine Kontaktmöglichkeit und schnelle Hilfe vor Ort ist jederzeit gegeben. Das Haus ist ein Traum und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Garten war für unseren Hund ideal. Wir haben es uns täglich am sehr gepflegten Pool gut gehen lassen. Liznjan ist ein eher ruhiger Ort, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Wer einen Hotspot möchte, sollte 5 km weiter westlich nach Medulin fahren. Vielen Dank an Goran und Sandra! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Maison agréable

Maison agréable et bien aménagée avec une jolie piscine, transats confortables et un barbecue pour faire de bons repas. La clim fonctionne parfaitement dans toutes les pièces, parfait pour les nuits. Petit village très tranquille avec un petit Market bien achalandé et une boulangerie. Les jolies plages sont Vela Draga à 10 min en voiture car chemin caillouteux(2,7km). Il nous a juste manqué une nappe de cuisine et un peu de materiel de plage comme parasol, tapis de plage par exemple.

Wunderschön und Empfehlenswert

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Goran wirklich sehr genossen. Das Objekt ist mit Liebe gestaltet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Im Wohn- sowie in beiden Schlafzimmern ist je eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Der Pool ist groß und absolut sauber. Wir können das Objekt auf jeden Fall nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Haus, ruhig, nette Vermieter

Toller Urlaub. Das Haus ist klasse. Besonders der Pool und der Unterstand mit den Rattanmöbeön. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und noch mehr. In der Umgebung Bäcker, kleine Läden und Restaurants. Strand 2 min mit dem Auto. Rundum ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch für unsere Hunde perfekt. Danke. Es war toll.

Top Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem Dorf sehr ruhig gelegen, aber nicht weit von verschiedenen Restaurants und einem kleinen Einkaufsladen entfernt. Auch der kleine Hafen mit Bademöglichkeiten ist nicht weit weg. Wir wurden sehr nett von den Vermietern persönlich begrüßt und durch das Haus geführt. Das Haus ist für ein Ferienhaus sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und bietet viel Platz. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub genossen.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Sandra war hervorragend. Wir haben dort 2 schöne enstpannte Wochen verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

+ insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt + Goran und Sandra sind tolle Gastgeber + super Hundefreundlich + für uns perfekte Lage + Haus ruhig gelegen, zu Fuß ist man in 25 Minuten in Medulin - hier gibt es viele Lokalitäten, Bars und Restaurants + innerhalb von 20 Gehminuten erreicht man viele tolle Buchten, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen kann man überall mit hunden gemeinsam schwimmen - einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Klima im Schlafzimmer anbringen, es war nachts sehr heiß Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen und hoffen nächstes Jahr wieder hier Urlaub machen zu können! Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr nette Vermieter. Ordentliche Ausstattung. Großer wunderschöner Garten mit großem gepflegten Pool. Einkaufen im Ort in zwei Läden die in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Verschiedene Strände in 15 bis 20 Minuten. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbares ferienhaus mit pool(nachts beleuchtet), überdachtem essbereich im freien, voll ausgestatteter küche (von zitronenpressen über käsereiben, sandwichmaker, handrührgerät bis hin zum schnitzelklopfer), unzähligen deutschen fernsehsendern, zwei bis drei parkplätzen, alles von einem mäuerchen umgeben für die nötige privatsphäre. Vielen dank an Goran, der sich um alles kümmert, zweimal die woche den pool säubert und für alle extrawünsche oder evtl. Auftretende probleme ein offenes ohr und bisher immer eine lösung parat hatte! Der kontakt über whatsapp macht alles sehr einfach Auch die lage überzeugt, nur ca. 7 autominuten zum nächsten supermarkt und der nächste strand ist auch nicht fern

Sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Vermieter!!!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern und vollständig ausgestattet. Internet 40 MBit im Download und das konstant. Klimaanlage sehr komfortabel! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
