This is a lovely “updated” historic building in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were good, and the beds comfy. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this hostel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal—close to the city but still peaceful. It was a perfect base for exploring the area. We’d definitely stay here again!

The room was very comfortable and the service was perfect. The only down side that some people should be aware of is that the there is not an elevator to the rooms which are on the top floor. This wasn't an issue for me and I was aware of it prior to checking in but, for some people, it might make a difference. The location is hard to beat being only a block from the old town

Very close to the Dragon Bridge (a couple minutes walk)/the old city center. About 15-20 minutes walk from the main bus station. Very quiet. The room was spacious, simple, and clean. We did the shared bathroom option and it worked very well - never had to wait for the showers or bathroom and they were well-stocked and spotless.

Rooms were neat, shower/toilet were always free (though I stayed at the end of the peak season). Location is great: less than 1 mi from the bus/train station, minutes from the castle, the open market, and basically the heart of shopping/dining on the river. A great stay

Very nice rooms in central Ljubljana. The shared bathrooms and showers were clean and in good condition. Only (minor) problem was that you could hear everything going on in the neighbouring rooms.

brilliant stay. only issue was no lift (sorry if we missed it!!) and the reception is not 24/7. the property is very clean, located in a great location, has free tea/coffee, snacks with a kitchen etc. definitely good value for money!

A good usage of space. If you're 6'1'' or taller this may not be the place for your because the room's roof is at a slant and you may hit your head on one of the beams. The location is great because it is very easy to walk to the tourist areas and there's a cheap eats restaurant (doner, pizza, burek etc.) right across the street.

Great stay

Location was perfect, just outside the downtown with tons of food options nearby. The staff was great at giving recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Room was clean and comfortable. If you’re on the taller side you may have to mind your head in a few spots of the room, but to be expected when in an attic. Staff gave great instructions on streets where we could find parking and there is an app you can use top up payments. Would stay again when visiting Ljubljana.

This was an excellent location. There is nothing better than opening the double windows to look into the square below and hear the church bells. Location is perfect in old town. A bit away from the noisy area but a very short stroll to the action. Check in was easy and the room is really well done. I would highly recommend.

I’d stay here again!

I was a bit reluctant to stay here due to the shared bathrooms but it ended up being fine. Everything was clean and available when needed. Nice setup for self-serve food, they also provide some light breakfast things and coffee/tea. The one down side for me was that there was a family or small group that monopolized the tables and seats for breakfast so I took everything to my room. Overall, a great stay. Nice location as well. Lots of restaurants and bars, etc.

It is very close to the Old Town, which was very convenient. When you do not need any service at all, then you are the right person for Atik Rooms. During the stay there is no room service, so no bed making or cleaning. Which I found a bit strange and I did not know it in advance. Otherwise, the check in and out went very easily.

The property was good and the location was ideal. The room was nice but the loft area heated up quite a bit more than the lower area in the room. It was a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. There was a terrible smell that developed overnight that seemed to come from the shower drain. The staff did something to help but it never really went away entirely. They said there was nothing more they could do. The second night was better than the first.
