We as a hostel-style eco hotel do not have all of the characteristics of the normal hotels, which is stated in our description, and even more so on our pictures. You were given the exact room type that you booked, we did not cancel on you. We are aware of the mattresses being worn out and are planning to replace them this winter. Since it is high season in Ljubljana, the prices of accommodation are a reflection of that. We do offer normal hotel rooms at our property Ibis Styles Ljubljana Centre, located in the same building, which we recommend you book at some other occasion.
