“This property is outstanding and one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Check was easy and simple. Limed car parking around the area but only cost 13 for over night in the multi story. “Fantastic, spacious property with everything we needed. I got lucky and found a parking space just a couple of houses down when we arrived and I did not need to move it until we left four days later. Great communication with Warren and Jill and useful information pack too. Really appreciated having tea towels, cloth, washing up liquid etc and tea, coffee, milk. My only niggles would be the number of air fresheners (sorry i put them under the sink) and one bath sheet smelt damp and musty so we……

“The apartment is in an excelllent location within close walking distance of the beach, pier, Great Orm and lots of restaurants, cafés and pubs. The quality of the apartment was very high. It is newly decorated and all fixtures and fittings are new. It has everything you need in terms of appliances and equipment. Owners were excellent, looked after us very well and even left a lovely welcome tray. I would recommend this apartment.”

“The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and left us a lovely welcome basket. The location is a short walk from the beach and promenade. If you’re up for a bit further walk, the promenade takes you to the pier and downtown shopping and dining. Overall it was a great place to stay.”

"Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have visited). Services also excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the waiter of the restaurant who was enthusiastic and sincere. Restaurant food was great and price was reasonably low. Carpet of the room was a bit old which was the only thing I did mind a bit. Will definitely visit again."
