This guest house is near all the main attractions. We stayed for 5 days we left the house keeping sign on door twice room wasn't cleaned but replenished with tea bags milk and water. No clean bedding or towels we had to ask for clean towels on the last day.it was a very hot week and disappointed that no clean bedding was supplied the breakfast was adequate but didn't like the fact that were eating breakfast while the previous guests dirty plates hadn't been removed from the tables

Lovely ground floor room, with a small courtyard patio. Comfortable bed. Full size fridge in the room was useful for cooling drinks in the hot weather. Friendly owners and a full English breakfast or try the Indian breakfast.

Owners were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Very nice breakfast. Parking was a bit of an issue for some people during our stay, but we found street parking around the corner. Bathroom was basic but functional. Beds were a bit lumpy but all in all, slept fine for it not being my bed.

Had a lovely 3 night stay here recently. Made to feel very welcome and the B&B has a nice relaxed atmosphere, as well as being well kept, clean and tidy. Leena and her son are great hosts and nothing too much trouble. The breakfasts are tasty and plentiful, and can recommend the Indian breakfast if you are looking to try something a little bit different. As with most of the hotels and B&Bs in Llandudno, parking is limited but there are 6 spaces on site plus more free parking to be had on the roads nearby. Would definitely visit again, thank you 😊😁
