Good hotel

Staff are nice. Room is tidy. Breakfast is good. It would be more great if the check out time can be later (e.g. 10:30am or 11am).

Cannot complain about the staff but the resources they have at their disposal are limited The lower part of the hotel is fine but go further up and the rooms seem a bit unloved. Radiator in our room didn’t work so we tried to ‘bleed’it Didn’t work so we were given a very inadequate small space heater. Nice breeze from the window frames didn’t help😀so the room was cold. As I said, the staff are good and helpful but all in all, disappointing

Ideal location to beach and town, hotel is pretty run down and in need of TLC. Our room was very noisy but you get what you pay for.

There was a draught coming in through the window. The heating was practically non existent. The toilet was smelly in that every time you opened the bedroom/ bathroom door it wafted in, was quite noxious. Some of the staff were lovely but others did not communicate when you spoke to them. I will not be going back there.

Very quiet hotel, perfect for a good nights rest. Simple & retro but comfortable room. Staff were friendly. Easy to check in & out. My room unfortunately was backside / away from the sea, however luckily it was only a few steps away from the front door. Would stay again & recommend.

All I wanted was a room for 3 nights which I got. However the radiator in the room was very noisy, starting about bed time. The first day I mentioned it to the receptionist, and fair play something was done about it. It was ok for that night, then the next evening it started again. Also they would not let me book in till I had provided them with a credit or debit card details which I did not want to give. But they made it quite plain I would not be allowed to stay unless I did, and my booking fee, payed in advance would b forfited.

We did not have breakfast so cannot comment. The first impressions of the hotel was when we parked the car and travels through the rear entrance of the hotel to reception which was covered in pigeon mess from the rear door right to the left. After collecting our key, we travelled up to the third floor in the left, which was a very frightening experience with some of the weird noises that lift mate. The first one we went in was extremely poor. I went straight back to reception and explained this so they give us keys to another room on the same floor which was a little bit better still smelled the damp. The maintenance man must be a child if you’ve seen some of the masks in on the tiles The curtain backing was rotten. Plugs for the kettle and the telly didn’t work so we had to put them on the floor to boil the kettle in another plug socket. Overall I rate this Hotel is very very poor. I have purchased the back up all my points. Regards GM

It was dirty with stains on the floor. It was also sticky to walk on. The bathroom was filthy grime everywhere with mould. Shower had pubic hair left in it and it had grime in there with paint peeling in the tray. Also the mattres had springs sticking out and was broke one side so you rolled off it. I was very disappointed in how dirty it was but the bed wasnt fit to sleep in

I didn't stay for breakfast as I wanted to get home after being to a concert the night before.i parked my car at the station as I wasn't sure if there was parking spaces.room was very clean,but people above me were moving around and the floors squeak so couldn't sleep much.

Hotel is in need of a renovation. Bathroom handle hanging off, carpets filthy, decor tired, tv remote cover stuck on with black tape, rock hard bed, dated bathroom, noisy floorboards and dead basic door security. For the price this was very disappointing.
