「The facilities and location were in one word "fantastic"! The views are spectacular. You only hear and see some sheep. No cars or lorries driving by. Absolutely zen. Go get some hiking-routes, good food and visit the café's (like Eric's) in Liverpool!」

「Lovely cottage but not where Expedia show it in the town centre. Longden common is nice and the red lion pub just down the road is a good place to eat. Stairs a very steep so something to be aware of not mentioned in details about the rental. 」

「Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely traditional cottage. The village is lovely, you can buy your essentials from the village shop (Post Office). The cottage is well situated within the village and there are lovely walks nearby. Although the weather was brilliant, the nights were getting chilly so we welcomed the log burner which kept us nice and cosy. The host was on hand with information about the area and advised us about the best places to visit in this beautiful part of the country....

「Lovely place for a stay but ruined by blatant dishonesty. Owners advertise on multiple platforms that there is an indoor pool - they even have pics, but the "pool" is apparently at an indoor leisure club 4 miles away. Absolute jokers. Even when i contacted the club- i still had to pay for going swimming. Such a disappointing stay and ive lodged refund request from hotels.com」

「The property was very well presented, equipped and comfortable, although the bed in the eaves may be a challenge for some!It was great to be able to see (and travel on) the trains. We were invited to view the signal box.The area is lovely, with lots to do nearby.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - highly recommended.」

「I liked this glamping POD, it was cosy with a working toilet and shower. The hot tub was excellent, we spent a lot of time in it. It was not inflatable but a real one that could hold 4-6 people. It was self check in so there was no issues getting in, when we arrived around 8.30pm.
