Excellent Front Desk

Efficient check-in. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. They gave us excellent directions to the major tourist sites, stored our luggage for an afternoon, and were very accommodating. Excellent employees. The beds were good. Superb breakfast.

Modern and clean with comfortable bed and easy to enter and leave via main road. The hotel is not located near the centre of Lleida but is a simple walk to access shops and attractions. Restaurant is closed Friday - Monday so not able to use bar during this time. Buffet breakfast was ok. Would stay again if travelling to Lleida

The room was nice and clean, the elevators were a bit slow, breakfast was tasty. The parking garage wasnt working with the key car. When i went back to ask about it i waited close to 20 minutes casue there was only 1 girl at the front desk and she took extra long to help me quth a simple question i had. Yhe parking garage shoud be better marked hotel parking from the outside. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Would stay again!

I’d stopped in a few hotels in Lleida whilst on a 6 week business trip and found this one to be the best out of the ones i’d stayed at. The food was to a really high standard, plenty of parking underneath the hotel, staff were helpful and room generously sized. The convenience of a large supermarket next door really helps and of course being English…there was a kettle!

Except for not actually offering free or discounted parking, merely assisting in the payment for it, the place in itself deserves their four stars. Parking is widely available for free on nearby streets so jot really an issue. The staff was great and very helpful as well.
