Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back.”

“This property was exactly as described. The main floor is the kitchen, dining and living room. Downstairs are the three bedrooms that open to a private pool. The property is newly built and fresh. All appliances are new as well. Details of check in and check out were provided and was easy to understand. Location is walking distance to two great beaches. “I booked this villa for myself, my other half, Mother in Law and 5 children. We were welcomed into the home by Ronny upon arrival, and I had a lot of really good communication beforehand too. The home was clean and well equipped for what we needed as a large family, we had cleaning equipment there to make things easier, some useful items left by the team and previous guests, and it was clearly well looked after. We also had ample privacy from surrounding homes, which made it more relaxing and……

“My extended family of 16 stayed in this beautiful property and it was a wonderful experience. We all came there for my mother's 80th birthday, and it was such a special experience. We had so much space and the houses were so beautiful. The pool was a bonus, and the hosts were constantly available for any questions, information or needs. It is on a truly beautiful part of Mallorca that is off the beaten path, and I highly recommend this place as well as our lovely hosts.”

“Das Haus war ein absoluter Wohlfühlfaktor!! Hier hat es an rein gar nichts gefehlt ... im Gegenteil, ich hatte noch nie so eine Ausstattung. Grill und Kohle dazu, Haushaltsgeräte, Decken wenn es abends in der Lounge kühl wurde. Eine Terrasse zum Essen, eine Terrasse zum chillen... Perfekt! Der Pool ist klasse, es hat lediglich ein Sonnenschirm am Pool gefehlt aber da haben wir uns unter die Terrasse verzogen. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, wenn wir dürfen ;-)”

“Die Kommunikation mit Sybille und Göran war wirklich super! Sie sind sehr reaktionsschnell und stellen einen richtig guten Gäste-Guide mit vielen Tipps zur Verfügung. Leider konnten wir unseren Urlaub nicht antreten, daher kann ich das Haus bedauerlicherweise nicht beurteilen. Aufgrund der liebenswerten Art der Beiden werden wir aber mit Sicherheit erneut buchen! “Heel fijn, lieve host en goed opgevangen op locatie.Goed uitgerust appartement. Bovenburen en hoor je wel (indien aanwezig). Fijn dat er voldoende (strand) handdoeken aanwezig zijn. Zwembad aanwezig in mooie gezamelijke tuin met strandstoelen. Bakker en kleine Spar bij strand op loopafstand. Rustige omgeving en prima uitvalbasis voor gezinnen om uitstapjes te maken. Kortom: we hebben genoten!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house, a few minutes walk to the Font de Sa Cala. Sylvia was a responsive, friendly host, brimming with trustworthy suggestions for restaurants and excursions. The house is very modern, tastefully designed, with views of the sea; it sits on a quiet street, close to lovely beach and market, and only a short drive or bike ride to Cala Ratjada. I only wish we had stayed a full week!”
