“Absolutely awful experience, with numerous cleaners making noise from 8am daily despite the fact that they should not have started the cleaning before 9am. Tremendous noise from banging, moving of furniture, shouting, laughing, chatting, calling to each from opposite ends of the corridor daily. Thoroughly unprofessional and rude cleaning staff continued to do this despite being asked to stop by the reception and who walked off showing attitude and rudely and who did not apologize to me.
