Es Desaigua - Villa With Private Pool In Llubí

The exteriors feature a private chlorine pool, an exterior shower, sun loungers for sunbathing and a furnished porch where you can make a BBQ with friends. There's an old well which formerly provided the house with water, but actually it's dried up. The 7.5mx 3.5m pool has a depth ranging from 1.2m x 1.8m and a staircase lead you to a furnished terrace, where you can eat al-fresco.

This terrace gives access to a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob. The sitting-dining room with television (only German channels) is very comfortable. The laundry offers a washer, an iron and an ironing board. This floor has one bedroom with a bunk bed, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, all with a wardrobe, as well as one bathroom with bath tub. Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite shower bathroom and access to a non-furnished terrace. There is also a toilet. A cot, a high chair, a fan and five electric radiators are available. In addition, the living room and all bedrooms, except the one with a bunk bed, offer air conditioning.

Llubi is a small town located in the centre-north of Mallorca, about 15 minutes (by car) away from the coast and beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina and Puerto de Alcúdia. The centre of Llubi offers a grocery shop, restaurants and cafés. In the evening you can take a nice stroll through the cobbled streets, maybe accompanied by a good glass of wine.

Our guests have access to the first and the second floor, as the ground floor is closed and inhabited. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted.
