Not worth the money. The restaurant service at lunch was bad, expensive and unattentive. We needed to get some water for the room and they directed me to the bar were they charged me 7 euros for 1 liter bottled water but the bottle was open before he gave it to me.Had to ask for a new one if I was going to pay 7 euros for it… We received a room were walls was to thin next to the other guests. It was only a door that separeted us from them and that’s why we could hear them. Booked this for my friends 30th birthday and expected a much better hotel than received. The chef making eggs at the breakfast was also very rude. + is front desk, cleaning staff and pool guy was kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel. But for a 5 star hotel with an offbeat location, not worth the money!

Tres bel hotel avec belle chambre mais le diner n est pas du tout a la hauteur d un 5 etoiles. Fuyez la demi pension trop cher pour ce qu on nous a servi. De plus attention lirs du chek out ils ont fait une erreur de facturation de 1400 euros qu ils ont du nous rembourser. Déçu

The hotel is perfect for a quiet escape. The pool and gardens are lovely with lots of beds and places to lounge. The pool bar is great with a great cocktail menu. There are so many places to sit and just reflect and a beautiful inner courtyard. We used taxis to get into Palma and to the beach rather than hiring a car so it was a bit more costly. The hotel food was fine but the range was somewhat limited. Breakfast was really good. Our room was perfect, with 2 queen beds, large bathroom and a terrace onto a garden area. We made very good use of the 'spa' area which includes a sauna, steam room and indoor wellness pool. You can request treatments - there is one treatment room.

Thank you so much to all the excellent staff at the hotel who made our trip so memorable and enjoyable. The rooms were lovely and clean, the breakfast and dinner were excellent and the pool lovely. It was also a really good location on the island to base ourselves for getting around and seeing everything.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Große Zimmer mit top Betten. Frühstücksbuffet prima. Poolarea (weniger für Schwimmer) schön angelegt - inkl. Poolbar mit Lunch-Möglichkeit. Schöne Golfplätze mit unkompliziertem Verleih von top Equipment. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man selbst mit einem Auto mobil ist.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist ahnungslos. Das Personal im Restaurant ist unterirdisch. Die Zimmermädchen sind spitze. Schönes Hotel in schöner Lage, sauber, mit schönem Pool....nur das Personal müsste geschult und motiviert werden.

Die Anlage an sich, der Pool, das Restaurant. Alles sehr schön. Frühstück sowie Abendessen sehr lecker. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Zudem werden häufig Familienzimmer (also Zimmer mit Durchgangstür zum Nebenzimmer) auch an nicht Familien vergeben. Durch die Tür kann man wirklich ALLES vom Nachbarzimmer 1:1 hören. Wir mussten daher aufgrund der Lautstärke das Zimmer wechseln. Im Gespräch mit anderen Gästen wurde schnell klar dass dies kein Einzelfall war. Quasi täglich stehen verärgerte Gäste mit gleichem Problem an der Rezeption. Sehr schade da das Hotel ansonsten sehr gut ist.

I reserved a Balinese bed but was not informed that there was a charge for this. I found out that there was a charge of 150Euros for it when I was paying my bill at check out.Had I known it was this expensive I would not have reserved one. I would have preferred to have spent the 150 Euros on lunch, drinks etc which would have been better value for money. Please can you inform staff to inform customers of the cost of reserving Balinese bed
