This independent property offers a private retreat while sharing the outdoor area—including the pool and garden—with four other apartments. Pets are not allowed.



Set inland with beautiful mountain views, Xaloc is located on an estate alongside four other properties. The holiday home is on the first floor and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. It is child-friendly and provides Wi-Fi, radiator heating, satellite TV, and a high chair available on request. The washing machine is in a shared laundry room. Outside, you have a private balcony, a covered terrace, and a barbecue, as well as access to an open terrace, pool, and garden shared with other guests.



The nearest supermarket is in Llucmajor, 10 minutes (8 km) by car. The closest sandy beach, Platja des Trenc, is 20 minutes (20 km) away, while a pebble beach with stunning cliffs at S'Estanyol de Migjorn is just 10 minutes (8 km) away. The nearest airport is in Palma, 17 minutes (25 km) by car.



Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included.
