  • Located in Llucmajor, Villa Can Garraseca offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The property, spread over 2 floors, features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus 2 additional toilets, accommodating up to 7 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, hot/cold air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. For entertainment, a ping-pong table is also provided. A cot and high chair are available.



    The villa has a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower. Parking is available on the property. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The property is equipped with air conditioning and heating via heat pumps. Beach or pool towels are provided.



    This property follows guidelines for proper waste separation, and further information is available on site. It is also equipped with energy-saving lighting. You can enjoy a 2.5-hour guided tour of the property for an extra fee.

Gorgeous place to stay in a stunning location.

Pros: The house itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The pool area was absolutely beautiful, private and gated which kept the kids safe. The host was lovely, very helpful and knowledgeable. We were left to ourselves apart from when there was a storm and he came the next morning to clean the pool for us which was fantastic of him. The place is steeped in history and very interesting while beautiful to look at. The location is very private and rural so lovely and peaceful and great to just relax. Cons: The fact there wasn't any air conditioning but we did stay in the height of summer therefore it was very hot inside. (It didn't advertise aircon, I just think it would benefit hugely)
