Fantastic villa, everything you need in one place. Great tennis and basketball courts, great pool, nice artificial grass lawn for relaxing, plancha area for grills. Indoors is nice too.

You have a lot space for your own. Great tennis and basketball court. Clean house. You can see the old age of the house. The surroundings could be in a better shape. A bigger renovation could give it a better look.

Imposible aburrirte en esta casa

Los diferentes espacios que hay. Piscina, Ping-pong, futbolín, mini golf, barbacoa, pista de tenis. Un fin de semana se queda corto para poder disfrutar al completo de todas las instalaciones de la casa.

Das Büro von Ihnen liegt gegenüber vom Flughafen, somit Gepäck abgeholt in den Leihwagen und zack nach 5 Autominuten Ankunft Büro. Da wir Sonntags gelandet sind war das Office natürlich geschlossen. Per E-mail hatten wir genaue Konstruktionen erhalten. Schlüsselboxen mit Code, eingegeben und da waren die Finka Schlüssel. Die Finka befindet sich nun 25 min. Ca. Von dem Büro entfernt. Eingestiegen und auch die haben wir rasch und einfach gefunden. Zur Finka selbst: Wir waren zu 7. und haben genug platz gehabt. Sauber war sie selbstverständlich auch. Ausreichend Toiletten/Duschen sind vorhanden sowie 3 Kühlschränke (innen als auch aussen) für Getränke ideal und den kurzen Fußweg (für die faulen xD) Llucmajor ist direkt ums eck, für Restaurant oder Supermarkt besuche Top 👌Zum Ballermann braucht man ca. 20 Autominuten - Bettdecken für die kalten Nächte wären wünschenswertDennoch ein geiler Trip, Danke

Schreckliche Finca

Die Finca war sehr ungepflegt und dreckig. Die Kinder haben sich die Füße auf dem Kunstrasen verbrannt. Zwei Zimmer haben ganz schlimm gerochen . Die Möbel auf der Dachterrasse waren verrostet . Im Kinderspielbereich lagen große Werkzeuge . Zigaretten und Glasscherben lagen auf der Terrasse. Unter den Betten lag noch Müll. Man hat das Gefühl die Fica wird nicht mehr gepflegt.

Det inventar der bruges er lidt slidt. Men huset er meget autentisk og hyggeligt. Den eneste aktiveringsting der virkede fint var tennisbanen. De andre var slidte og næsten ikke brugbare.

Schöne Villa

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Villa sehr genossen. Llucmajor erreicht man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Insgesamt eine tolle Villa. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Outdoor Küche und der Tennisplatz. Störend hingegen war die Gartenwasserpumpe, die die Wasserversorgung für das Haus aus einem Brunnen sicherstellt. Die springt alle 5 Minuten an, auch wenn kein Wasser von jemandem bezogen wird. Auch nachts läuft sie in dem Takt. Abzüge gibt es auch für die Tatsache, dass am Abreisetag der restliche Müll von uns entsorgt werden sollte. Ich spreche lediglich von den letzten Resten die übrig bleiben. Nicht von dem gesamten Müll. Das wird in der Regel bei der Endreinigung mit erledigt. Die Entsorgung war dann auch noch schwierig, weil man einen Eigentümerausweis vorzeigen musste den wir nicht hatten. Ansonsten aber eine super Unterkunft.
