「Excellent hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. Close to local restaurants and the beach. Public transport also easily accessible, main but station about 15 min walk for access into Alicante. Overall, we loved our stay at the Narcea Hotel and would use again for Santa Pola.」

El desayuno no era demasiado variado, pero suficiente. Si tengo que decir algo que no me ha gustado del alojamiento es el olor tan desagradable que hacía el baño a sumidero y el ruido del ventilador cada vez que encendíamos la luz del baño. 「Breakfast was wonderful! There was a wife variety of choices and everything was fresh and delicious. We appreciated having oranges and cake available at all times, too. The pool was warm and clear and there were plenty of chairs to lounge in outside.」

It would have been nice if there was a cart service to bring your golf clubs from the reception to the golfing areas as it’s a good 5min walk. There are enough dining areas on the grounds to keep you entertained after a game of golf.」

「Let me start with the positives: the hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach and a short walk from town. The lobby is beautifully decorated which gives it a nice first impression. Having said that, we had a very poor experience at this hotel for a few reasons. The rooms are tiny so don't expect much comfort or luxury. They ticked most boxes for a 4 star hotel by doing the absolute minimum: most amenities are there, but crammed into a space the size of a caravan. But the worst part was...
